Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ailaunchkit.ai and the paid AI Launch Kit (AILK) offerings — Pro, Pro Plus, and the Launch Service. They don't govern the open-source AILK codebase; that's licensed separately under Apache 2.0. Using the paid offerings or this site means you accept these terms.

Who provides this service

SalesSmyth LLC operates ailaunchkit.ai and the AI Launch Kit paid offerings. SalesSmyth LLC is the legal entity behind the Working Theory product line, which includes AI Launch Kit. "AILK," "we," and "us" all mean SalesSmyth LLC in these terms.

The open-source software

The AILK codebase is licensed under Apache 2.0, published at github.com/working-theory-labs/ai-launch-kit. That license — not these terms — governs how you use, modify, and distribute the OSS code. Nothing here restricts or contradicts the rights it already grants you.

Paid offerings

Pro, Pro Plus, and the Launch Service are commercial offerings governed by these terms. Current fees and tier details are published at /pricing and incorporated here by reference. Paid tiers add capability on top of the OSS foundation — they never restrict what the OSS license already grants.

Acceptable use

Don't use this site or the paid offerings for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on others' rights, or to interfere with the site or services. You're responsible for the content and configuration of any site you build with AILK.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This site and the paid offerings are provided as-is and as-available, to the fullest extent the law allows, without warranties of any kind — express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To that same extent, SalesSmyth LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the paid offerings. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law. These terms aren't legal advice. If you need guidance on your own use of AILK, talk to your own counsel.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update them from time to time — the current version is always posted at this page. Using the site or paid offerings after an update means you accept the revised terms.
